What Happens If No One Is at Home?
At OsakaFlorist.com, we take great care to ensure that every flower and gift delivery reaches the recipient in perfect condition. However, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the following procedure will apply.
First Delivery Attempt
If the recipient is not present at the delivery address, our delivery team will leave a delivery attempt notice or contact message where possible.
The recipient will then be required to contact us or our delivery partner to arrange a suitable time for redelivery.
Redelivery Process
If the recipient contacts us on the same day, we will arrange redelivery as soon as possible based on availability.
If we do not receive any response on the first day, the delivery will automatically be rescheduled for the following day.
Holding Period for Flowers
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and fresh gifts, we can only hold orders for a maximum of 2 days.
We strongly encourage recipients to respond promptly to avoid product deterioration.
Order Completion Policy
If the recipient does not contact us within 2 days of the initial delivery attempt, the order will be considered:

Non-refundable
In such cases, no refund or replacement will be issued.
