Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At OsakaFlorist.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every flower arrangement and gift order is prepared with care and attention to detail to ensure a beautiful delivery experience.

Because flowers, cakes, fruits, and many gift items are perishable products, certain conditions apply regarding cancellations, refunds, replacements, and returns. We encourage customers to review this policy before placing an order.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation More Than 5 Days Before Delivery

If an order is canceled at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, the customer will receive a refund after deducting either:

  • USD $15 service fee, or

  • 10% of the total order value,

whichever amount is greater.

Cancellation 3 to 5 Days Before Delivery

If an order is canceled between 3 and 5 days before the scheduled delivery date, 50% of the total order amount will be refunded.

Cancellation Less Than 3 Days Before Delivery

Orders canceled less than 3 days before the scheduled delivery date are not eligible for a refund, as preparation and fulfillment processes may have already begun.

Replacement Policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality products. If there is a legitimate issue with your order, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

A replacement may be approved if:

  • The item arrives damaged during transportation.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product is defective or significantly different from the order placed.

  • The item arrives in unacceptable condition due to fulfillment issues.

To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product received.

Return Conditions

If a replacement is approved, the recipient may be asked to return the original item in the same condition as delivered whenever reasonably possible.

Requests for replacement should be made within 3 business days of delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cakes, fruits, and certain gift products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will generally not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect recipient information supplied by the customer.

  • Recipient unavailable at the delivery address.

  • Delivery delays caused by weather, natural disasters, traffic disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Minor variations in flowers, packaging, or gift presentation as outlined in our Substitution Policy.

  • Personal preference after successful delivery.

  • Requests made beyond the specified reporting period.

Important Notes

  • Approved replacements cannot be exchanged for different products.

  • Cash refunds are not available for approved replacement requests.

  • OsakaFlorist.com reserves the right to investigate all claims before approving refunds or replacements.
